REMOTE SUPPORT
 We offer an interative portal that enables us to work WITH you in real time. To allow temporary access to this networking tool:
- Call before you begin your session. You can reach an adminstrator at 704-841-1211 or 704-301-7500.
- Click on the VNC logo or this link.
- Click "run" on the two subsequent interface screens.
- Wait for the connection.
- Once connected you and a representative from The Insurance Group will share control of your screen.
- When the session is over, the web application seperates from your system. Nothing is ever installed on your computer.
VNC is in widespread active use by many millions throughout industry, academia and in the private sector.
